We're excited to announce that Mobile Rec is returning for another summer of free family activities! Thanks to our continued partnership with PenMet Parks, families in the area can enjoy no-cost recreational programming right at their local elementary schools.

Program Overview: Mobile Rec offers drop-in recreational activities for all ages from July 7 through August 22. The program operates Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 2 PM, rotating between different Peninsula School District elementary schools and the PenMet Parks Recreation Center.

What to Expect: Participants can enjoy a variety of engaging activities, including:

• Gaga ball tournaments
• Arts and crafts projects
• Cornhole games
• Open play opportunities
• Weekly themed activities featuring tie dye, dinosaurs, beach fun, and more!

Free Lunch Included. All participants receive a complimentary lunch during each session, making this a complete midday experience for families.

Special Programming. In addition to daily activities, Mobile Rec will feature specialized recreation sessions designed for participants with varying abilities. These special sessions run from 11:30 AM to 1 PM on July 10, July 24, and August 14.

Weekly Schedule

• Mondays: Harbor Heights Elementary School
• Tuesdays: Purdy Elementary School
• Wednesdays: Artondale Elementary School
• Thursdays: Discovery Elementary School
• Fridays: PenMet Parks Recreation Center

No Registration Required. Families can simply drop in at any time during the 11 AM to 2 PM window - no advance registration or sign-up is necessary.
