We are pleased to announce the appointments of Kelli DeMonte as the new Principal of Vaughn Elementary and Danielle Fischer as the new Deputy Principal of Voyager Elementary for the 2024-2025 school year.

Kelli DeMonte has demonstrated exemplary leadership as Vaughn’s guest principal and has a strong background in social-emotional learning and trauma-informed practices. Her innovative approach has significantly reduced student discipline issues, earning her the 2022 NWPBIS Regional Champion Award. Kelli’s dedication and expertise will be invaluable to the Vaughn community.

Danielle Fischer joins us as the Deputy Principal at Voyager Elementary. She has served as the Deputy Principal at Harbor Heights Elementary and brings a wealth of experience in both teaching and administration. Danielle’s positive energy and passion for education will be a great addition to Voyager.
